• Sore throat (5 years and over)
• Sinusitis (12 years and over)
• Earache (under 17’s)
• Urinary Tract Infection (women, aged 16 to 64 years)
• Impetigo (1 year and over)
• Infected Insect Bites (1 year and over)
• Shingles (18 years and over)

“Pharmacy First” is a national service that went live at the end of January. Pharmacists can now assess symptoms for the above conditions, provide advice and where clinically necessary, be able to provide prescription-only treatment.
